Run visual analytics with 3D Business Intelligence
Identify critical equipment conditions at a glance by colorizing equipment or piping based on metadata attributes. Next inspection date, abnormal pressure level, delayed maintenance or manufacturer name, the interactive 3D Business Intelligence capability helps to minimize human errors, improve safety and engage users in continuous improvement.
Push the limits of large 3D scan files
Upload super large reality capture files to Shared Reality in a streamlined and efficient way. By automatically dividing the point cloud into smaller areas, Shared Reality ensures a smoother and faster segmentation & classification by the 3D Assetizer AI.
Detect new classes with 3D Assetizer
New classes join the 3D Assetizer taxonomy! Control valve, fire extinguisher, dismantling joint and many more, enriching the inventory generation and improving one-click selection accuracy.
Upload multi-pages PFD or P&ID
You can now upload PDF containing multiple pages. These pages are manageable (can be deleted) through the Schematics (2D) tab of the Site Administration page. When exploring the site , you can select the page of the current flowsheet file that you want to display in the 2D panel.
Extract P&ID tags with OCR
Automatically link 2D-1D thanks to OCR (Optical Character Recognition) extracting P&ID tag numbers or line identifiers. Upload your P&ID files and further reduce the time and effort required to connect 3D reality with 2D and 1D data.
Focus on what matters with P&ID
The 2D Assetizer AI automatically ignores non-relevant sections of P&ID or PFD such as borders, frames, and legends. It focuses now only on the core diagram, delivering cleaner, more accurate results with less manual touch-ups.
Link 3D-2D even more easily with Shared Reality Copilot
Maximize your productivity and the quality of the 3D-2D links! Shared Reality Copilot assists you in your 3D-P&ID linking. It guides you and provides you with linking suggestions in a logical and easily understandable order following the lines of the P&ID.
