Your Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Content Writer who is a native English speaker with a strong writing background and a passion for both marketing and technical content. In this role, you’ll support our content strategy by creating consistent, crisp, engaging, and audience-aligned pieces from high-impact marketing assets to product-related documents. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in writing and a desire to learn how to turn complex topics into compelling narratives that support business goals and educate the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape a Consistent Image: First and foremost, ensure that all content produced by Samp aligns consistently across different formats and channels. Whatever the deliverable, the tone, the company purpose and the product differentiators should remain well aligned.
- Marketing Content Production: Write a wide range of marketing content including video scripts, blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, social posts, website pages and gated assets.
- Adapt Technical Content: Translate technical product information into clear, accessible content for various audiences (e.g., product pages, support documentation, feature explainers, and sales materials).
- Content Roadmap & Planning: Collaborate with the marketing lead to support a steady flow of strategic content aligned with business priorities and campaign goals.
- Sales Support: Assist in crafting business proposals, RFP templates, and other customized content to support sales and pre-sales efforts.
- Content Repurposing: Repackage long-form content into digestible and engaging formats for different channels and audiences.
- Content SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, actionable, and aligned with the company’s tone and voice.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across technical and marketing content.
- Storytelling & PR Support: Help develop compelling customer stories and support broader communication initiatives with content that connects.
We’re Looking For
- Native English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to simplify technical topics and ensure editorial consistency across deliverables.
- A strong interest in both technical and marketing content
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple content tasks and deadlines
- Collaborative and open to feedback, with strong communication skills
- A passion for storytelling and a knack for translating product features into user benefits
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Literature, Communications, Marketing, or a related writing-intensive field
- Some prior experience in content creation, ideally in a tech or B2B environment
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot)
- Bonus: Exposure to technical writing or documentation for digital products or software tools
