Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage rollout and integration projects, working closely with our Sales and Customer Success Management teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience of working with industrial clients and will be adept at balancing customer needs with adherence to our standardised product. Our projects are moderately complex in terms of technical integration, but intensive in terms of data ingestion and processing (3D scans, 2D schematics, 1D equipment lists).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Shared Reality for large clients, adhering to very strict data confidentiality requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the data gathering, processing, quality control and rollout process, ensuring a customer-centric approach and excellent service.
- Ensure adherence to standard product offerings, while addressing client-specific business needs leading to integration requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are met.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
- Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on project progress, client satisfaction, growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS or software implementation role, ideally within the industrial sector, or the process/heavy industry (eg: water & utilities, energy, chemicals…).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client success and satisfaction. Ability to anticipate and foster Shared Reality upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ability to balance customer needs with adherence to standard product offerings.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued (German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in data-intensive projects is highly valued. Previous knowledge of one or more typical data types is a plus (3D point clouds, P&ID, equipment lists).
