Webinar: P&ID Revalidation, Episode 2

P&ID Revalidation, Episode 2
AI Power Meets Human Expertise

Following the record participation of the previous webinar, “P&ID revalidation, by the field, for the field”, which explored the foundations of merging legacy 2D schematics with 3D reality captures, a sequel session is coming now.

While the initial session established the groundwork for collaborative, manual P&ID revalidation, this upcoming event focuses exclusively on AI-assisted P&ID revalidation to significantly elevate engineering workflows.

Why Attend
  • Accelerate digital twin accuracy
  • Reduce manual validation effort
  • Improve engineering efficiency
  • Maintain a trusted source of truth
  • Bridge field reality with engineering documentation

Registration is now open for professionals seeking to rapidly build and seamlessly sustain a trusted, up-to-date industrial digital twin.

What you'll learn

The presentation will provide an in-depth look at how embedded AI accelerates the transformation of static content into interactive models, exploring two distinct AI-assisted workflows:

  • Main Assets Tagging: Assetizer AI streamlines initial data linking by automatically detecting equipment names visible during the 3D reality scan. These tags are systematically suggested to the end-user for validation, enabling the rapid enrichment of asset reality.
  • Full P&ID Validation: Continuous source-of-truth accuracy is achieved using the P&ID Validator. The AI guides the user along the piping, allowing simultaneous scrolling through both the P&ID and

the 3D environment to visually check and link each component and piping section.  Furthermore, built-in annotations and smart redlining tools can be utilized to highlight field discrepancies and seamlessly inform the broader team.

Combined with robust publication mechanisms that require authorized users to publish validated changes, organizations maintain absolute control over the integrity of their technical information.

Registration is now open for professionals seeking to rapidly build and seamlessly sustain a trusted, up-to-date industrial digital twin.
