Shivani Shah, CTO of Samp, ranked #6 in TechRound’s Top 50 Women in Tech

Shivani Shah, CTO and co-founder of Samp, has been ranked #6 in TechRound’s prestigious Top 50 Women in Tech list, a recognition of her outstanding contributions to the tech industry. Samp, under Shivani’s leadership, has revolutionized industrial site management with its innovative Shared Reality solution. This groundbreaking technology uses AI and 3D scanning to create a digital replica of industrial sites in just a few days, streamlining data integration and improving operational efficiency and safety.

Shivani’s journey began in India, where she developed a passion for scientific research. She pursued advanced studies in AI and big data in France, which led her to a PhD at the French Nuclear Research Agency. It was here that she realized her desire to apply technology to real-world challenges, inspiring her to co-found Samp with Laurent Bourgouin in 2019.

Today, Samp is deployed across hundreds of industrial sites in Europe, helping sectors like energy and utilities improve their operational processes. With a growing team and a recent investment, Samp aims to expand its impact, targeting 5,000 industrial sites by 2030. Shivani’s recognition as one of the top women in tech underscores her significant role in shaping the future of industrial technology, sustainability, and safety.
